WASTE COLLECTION TEAM LEAD
Brief Role & Responsibilities:
- Directs daily waste collection activities, manages the collection crew, ensures route efficiency, compliance with segregation protocols, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, waste collection, delivery services, or a similar field in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Class BCE driving license with a clean record is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and geography of Muhoroni and surrounding areas.
- Commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
