Property Advisor

Source and close sales leads to grow the business and achieve the expected sales targets of the HFDI project end to end and preparing daily sales reports for consideration by the Team Sales Leader. The property advisor will be expected to aid us grow our business in the real estate sector being sale of both residential and commercial plots.
Manager, Strategy and Change Implementation
The role holder ensures alignment between strategic goals, operational plans and change management efforts to drive sustainable growth, performance and transformation. This role ensures tracking high-level corporate strategy measurable objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and execution performance against defined roadmap. The role holder will track progress against strategic objectives using KPIs e.g. revenue growth, CIR, customer retention, digital adoption rates and other relevant metrics.
Strategic Projects Analyst
The role holder will support the execution of high-impact strategic projects across the organization by providing data analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and performance tracking. He or she will support analysis, co-ordination and monitoring of the critical path of high priority projects such as mergers, new partnerships and operational efficiency programs.
Overall, this role ensures that strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence within the real estate sector. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to potential clients and partners. The role is also pivotal in managing the full project lifecycle—particularly overseeing client relationships and ensuring smooth project exit and handover processes.
Master Planning Officer

The role holder is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing long-term master plans for urban, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects. The role ensures alignment with sustainability goals, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder requirements while optimizing land use, infrastructure, and community needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban design or urban planning, with experience in preparing detailed master plans, subdivision layouts, and technical drawings for land development projects. Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Autodesk Revit is essential.
Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions
