LANDSCAPING TEAM LEAD
Brief Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily activities of the landscaping and grass clearing workers, ensures quality execution of grounds maintenance, manages landscaping tools, and ensures proper disposal of green waste.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a similar field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Practical knowledge of various landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- Understanding of basic horticulture or plant care is an advantage.
