Research Assistants

• ·       Screen participants for eligibility, obtain informed consent and recruit them in line with the study Standard Operating Procedures.

• ·       Schedule participants for subsequent study visits and send phone reminders for study follow-ups

• ·       Ensure that all the relevant study data collection tools and flyers are administered appropriately as stipulated in the study following Standard Operating Procedures for each study tool

• ·       Perform study outcome measure activities which include; anthropometry, clinical experience and medical data abstraction as per the study Standard Operating Procedures

• ·       Report promptly any adverse experiences by the study participants to the study coordinator, director or the study Principal Investigator.

• ·       Participate in data checks for accuracy, data entry and data cleaning as directed by the study leadership team.

• ·       Conduct debriefing with the study participants at conclusion of interviews.

• ·       Make phone calls and Conduct home visits of participants who don’t attend regularly scheduled visits as planned.

• ·       Attend all required study meetings

• ·       Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulatory standards governing human subjects’ research.

• ·       Any other assigned/ delegated duties by the management
