Sales Account Manager Position
We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team (Kenya Office). You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and generating new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably in service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- Sales Experience in consulting/ assurance/ audit will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and surpass the sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers.
- Generate new business from new and existing customers.
- Act as a point of contact and handle customer enquiries.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure end to end customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure onboarding of new customers meet the compliance requirements.
- Engage existing customers with an aim of generating new opportunities.
- Continuously gain skills and knowledge in sales and organisation’s services with an aim to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
