Trade and Investment Officer
Role Overview
The Trade and Investment Officer will play a pivotal role in our organization, providing essential support in areas such as tracking group applications, trade assistance, contract preparation, monitoring product flow, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Additionally, this role will involve managing bank facilities and ensuring seamless operations within the trade and investment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking Group Applications: Efficiently track and manage group applications, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Trade Support: Provide comprehensive support for trade activities, including coordination and execution of trade-related tasks.
- Contract Preparations: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts to ensure they meet organizational and legal standards.
- Monitoring Product Flow and Documentation: Oversee the flow of products and maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth operations.
- Bank Facility Management: Manage banking facilities to support trade and investment activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, trade, investment, or credit management.
Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
